On Tuesday, August 4, our lunch program will be a presentation from club member Andrew Zimmerman entitled “Anesthesia: What You as a Patient Need to Know”.
It will be part presentation and part Q&A. Andy and his wife Susanne moved from San Diego to Bend about a year and a half ago, and they are loving it here and being part of this amazing Rotary Club. They love the amazing outdoor Mecca that is Bend. |
Andy is originally from St. Louis so he’s a die hard Cards and Blues fan. He retired from a great career as a Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologist. During his career, he has been all over taking care of patients, from remote places in countries around the world, to out at sea on an aircraft carrier, to the high tech of a modern pediatric hospital. He’s been in academics as well private practice and ran a large medical group of over 275 anesthesiologists so he’s seen about everything in his field of medicine.
We’ll be in our usual room at 10 Barrel East.
