Scott is currently leading Hydro Flask, the #1 outdoor water bottle brand, since he was recruited in as President and CEO in 2012 and retained following acquisition by Helen of Troy in 2016. Scott also serves on the boards of Rumpl and Cairn as well as Advisory Board of OSU Cascades.

Previously he held a variety of CEO and senior executive roles in fast growth companies including marketing and strategy executive for a NXP’s mobile semiconductor BU (provider of Apple Pay technology); Global CEO of a specialty RF wireless restaurant solution provider; VP/GM at Motorola Solutions; COO of Silicon Valley startup and Strategy Consultant at PWC.
