On Tuesday, February 5 2019, our lunch program will focus on our club’s World Community Service efforts. Chairperson Mark Miller of the World Community Service Committee will give an overview and then Steve Rothert, A. J. Garis and Gary Meyers will each present on their global grants. Their inspiring stories include shipping operating machines from Connecticut to Guatemala, hoping the machines will clear customs and get installed before 35 surgeons arrive for a medical mission. |
